THE CLIENT MANAGER

NPS provides each client with a Client Manager and a Management Team. The Client Manager will be personally responsible for maintaining the quality of the services we provide. We consider your relationship with our Client Manager to be our most important business relationship.

< Communications

Our Managers will communicate with you on a consistent basis.  Consider him your personal property maintenance manager.

< Reporting

Our Managers report any changes or concerns that may affect your   property.  He will keep you abreast of the condition of and services being performed on your property.

< Scheduling

Our Managers are responsible for scheduling work to be executed on your  property and inform you of such scheduling.

< Support & Guidance

Our Managers guide you in assessing any needs you may have for your property, under our current agreement, or any needs that may arise in the future. We are  committed to having your property look its best for the long term.

< Budgeting

Our Managers are always willing and able to work with clients, concerning budgeting issues that may affect current services being performed or any future services  that may be required. We pride ourselves on giving our customers what they  need at a price they can afford.

< Trouble Shooting

Our Managers serve as liaisons between the foremen on specific crews doing the work on site and the client. If there is any trouble shooting or corrective action that needs to be taken regarding a property, the Landscape Manager will coordinate the work and ensure it is completed to your satisfaction.
